We think the best way to give you and your guests the very best dining experience possible is to work directly with you, answering to no one else but you.
We’re happy to work with the venue of your choice or recommend one that fits your needs and your budget. As an established and highly regarded local business, we’ve built excellent relationships with dozens of area venues including B&Bs, private facilities, halls and more.
With years of experience in every type of event, we guide you selecting just the right menu items for your guests. We work within your budget, your tastes and your event’s theme.
The first step is an interview, to get an overview of your special occasion. If you already have preferences, we’ll help you fine-tune them. If you're starting from scratch, we’ll help you narrow down your choices. Either way, the first draft is rarely the final menu: tastings come next, and we're happy to make any changes along the way to the final menu.
If your wedding or event calls for a ceremonial cake or special desserts—from an outside provider—we 're happy to coordinate with that provider in delivery, set-up, cutting and serving.
Our serving staff is comprised of family members and long-time employees who have proven themselves to be friendly, efficient and professional at all times. We don't hire temporary staff for your event. We know that even the best food is never fully enjoyed if the service isn't top-rate.
Our chefs, also, are proven performers. They're experienced in a wide range of traditional, ethnic and specialty dishes, and are able to meet the unique demands of event catering.
Whether a sit-down meal or a buffet line, our staff is trained to provide the highest level of service. they take care to never interrupt guests’ socializing or interfere with photo opportunities and special moments.
You can choose from a wide range of options to fit your budget and event style. A large-scale barbeque may call for plastic ware, paper goods and easy cleanup. A wedding may require ceramic plates, cloth napkins and glassware. Color is always important and must compliment floral arrangements as well as the tones of the wedding party’s clothing.
We can work with you and your rental company in planning the seating arrangement to best fit the venue’s space. We’ll also coordinate scheduling the set-up and return of tables, chairs, displays and other large-scale items. Since the placement and serving of the food is closely tied with this planning, we'll check that the correct items are ordered so your event runs smoothly and there is appropriate seating and spacing for food service.
